First Day of School

Today was Sam's first day of school. In April, you ask? Yes, a Friday in April. After 2 3/4 years of homeschooling through Odyssey Charter School, I decided now would be a good time to get him in to a traditional public school. He needs to hang out with 10-year-olds instead of his mother all day. I enrolled him in 4th grade at Twitchell Elementary School near our home. He is now officially a Twitchell Timberwolf. His first day was very successful. He said it was more fun than being home with Mom all day. That is what I was striving for. Let's hope it continues.

6 had this to say:

YAY..Lunch sounds great, and maybe if the foot's ok, we could shop too. Good luck to Sam I hope he continues to enjoy it.

Lunch for sure. Shopping...not too much. The foot is better but still not great at shopping. I save it's best use for karate.
