Which brings us to...

the Epiphany.

Epiphany is a Christian feast day which celebrates the "shining forth" or revelation of God in human form in the person of Jesus Christ. The feast falls on January 6. Western Christians commemorate the visitation of the Magi to the child Jesus on this day.

So, if the Magi were this late to the party, was everyone still hangin' out in the manger? In thirteen days there wasn't a single vacancy. That must have been one happy inn keeper. One hundred percent occupancy in a time of year that doesn't see much travel.
