I think the emergency vehicles rolling code put the signals out of sequence.
There was a structure fire a few blocks away and fire trucks en route.

Thirty-three

Thanks to saturation patrols and double shift Wednesday, that's how many police officers I saw on my travels yesterday.



That nearly doubles my previous record of 17.



The fines are double in construction zones. Slow down.



The sorriest one I was was the guy in the Geek Squad VW Beetle. At the company I worked for in Oregon, if a driver was cited for a moving violation in a company vehicle, he was immediately fired.

Hope this poor guy still has a job.
