Chun Kuk Do Tournament

Today was the 5th Annual Region 2 Tournament in Chun Kuk Do (our karate style) and United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF, our organization). Our students did very well in the competition.

Ana and Kobie also competed and did well.

We raised around $900 which will be donated to charity. It's a really fun event with lots of families involved. It's great practice for our International tournament in July.

Karate GGYM

The name of the studio (or dojo) where I train is called Karate GGYM. It's not that no one can spell. The four founders names are Gallacher, Gemma, York and Matera. The first letter of each name is the acronym GGYM.

I just happened to catch them working out together.
