Today I learned that women eating the highest levels of trans fats increase their risk of heart attack by 50%.
I also learned that "Folks who take regular naps lower their risk of dying from heart disease by 37%." *
So.....I've concluded that by napping after eating a bag of Oreos, my risk of heart disease only goes up a paltry 13%. Seems worth the risk to me!
