Next time get that boy a bag and some gloves, he can clean up the neighborhood :)
I live in a gated community on a corner lot. For some reason, the residents feel the storm drain near the back of my property is a garbage can, and I have to pick up soda cans, potato chip bags, and even a beer can or two if it's a Monday.
